Subcontracting quality control is the assurance of increasing productivity by avoiding flow disruptions. Our goal is to put on your production lines or in stock 100% of workpieces according to your requirements.

After 10 years of experience with manufacturers, QUALI PAC has developed its contribution in different areas of activity concerning quality such as retouching, rectification, assembly, maintenance, packaging or reconditioning… We are also able to intervene about inventories or identified archiving.

QUALI PAC’s team is able to ensure quality control CSL1 – CLS2 and CLS3.

The « Controled Shipping Level 1 » CLS1 is a quality control taking place downstream of the supplier’s production and upstream of the assembly at the customer, at the manufacturer’s request.

The « Controled Shipping Level 2 » CLS2 is a quality control taking place downstream of the supplier’s production and upstream of the assembly at the customer, at the client’s request.

The « Controled Shipping Level 3 » CLS3 is the set of corrective operations – defect eradication plans.

QUALI PAC is a team of 13 trained contributors doing a thorough check according to a precise specifications and according to your requirement level. The workpieces entrusted are then classified between the compliant parts, those on which an intervetion could take place for a reinstatement and parts completely discarded. According to your instructions, we can do the editing and deliver the identified workpieces.
